ABOUT ME
My name is Brandon, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer with over six years of experience in the fitness industry, working with a wide range of individuals. I have worked with youth and adult athletes, fitness-focused adults, people striving to lead healthier lifestyles, and parents seeking to set positive examples for their children.
I grew up in Hastings, Minnesota, where I developed a love for sports early on, eventually focusing on lacrosse and football in high school. My passion for athletics led me to play college football at UW-River Falls. During my summers, I returned to Hastings to coach high school athletes in the summer training program, sharing my experience and helping the next generation grow stronger on and off the field.
At UW-River Falls, I majored in Exercise and Sports Science, building a strong foundation and fascination in fitness and human performance. After graduation, I gained hands-on experience coaching at several fitness studios, where I developed my skills in guiding clients of all levels toward their fitness goals.
I am dedicated to supporting others in reaching their goals without the need for drastic sacrifices. My approach is about balance and building sustainable habits that fit each person’s lifestyle. I believe in empowering my clients to achieve results they can maintain and feel proud of, without overhauling their lives. Whether you're just starting out or looking to reach new personal bests, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

Brandon will be your dedicated virtual trainer, creating a personalized workout program tailored to your goals and providing comprehensive nutrition coaching. You'll receive calorie and macro guidance, meal examples, and regular check-ins to track your progress, keep you motivated, and make adjustments to keep you on track.
In college, friends started calling me BMAC (short for Brandon McCarthy), and the name stuck. When it came time to create my brand, I knew I wanted to keep something meaningful, so BMAC felt like the perfect fit. Now, it stands for Building Muscle, Achieving Change—a mission that aligns with the goals of every client I work with.
